Exporting CDRs

ℹ️

This article describes the steps to export Charge Detail Records (CDRs) from EV Portal.

Export CDRs

You can view and filter CDRs (Charge Detail Records) in EV Portal. You can also export CDRs as a .csv file to create reports for further business processing.

  1. Depending on which CDRs you want to export, go to either:
  • CPO → Billing → Wholesale CDRs.
  • eMSP → Billing → Retail CDRs.

  1. On the Charge Detail Records page, click Export CDRs at the top right:

The Export CDRs widget opens:

3 - Choose the parameters of your export file in the Scope and Settings section.

4 - Click Download to export your file.

Select Scope and Settings

Scope

In the Scope section you define the parameters of your export file, like dates and who the CDRs belong to.

Start date
The Start date is the date of the transaction on the CDR.
Create date
The Create date refers to the date when the CDR was published in the GreenFlux system.
Interval start date/Interval end date
After you have picked a date type you need to specify the time period of the CDRs you want by selecting an interval start date and an interval end date.
EMSP
From the EMSP dropdown, choose the EMSP of the CDRs you want to download.

Settings

In the Settings section you determine the format of your CDR export.

You can choose between the Retail format and the Complete format:

Retail
The format is meant for EMSPs who would like to see retail information on their CDRs.
Complete
The Complete format is designed for parties that are both CPO and EMSP and want to see all of their billing data in one export:- CPOs will only see EMSP data (retails cost, Customer info, etc.) for sessions that were from their own EMSP. - EMSPs will only see CPO data (reimbursement cost, etc.) for sessions that were from their own CPO.Roaming sessions will still be visible, but with the aforementioned fields left blank.

You have to select your preferred Energy unit, kWh or Wh, the Culture and the Time zone.

You also have an option to Add Custom Groups. This will add a column specifying which Custom Groups the Location belongs to.

For an explanation of CDRs, read Charge Detail Records (CDR).
