The Charge Station Diagnostics page is the main page to start analyzing any issues with the charger. It shows the communication messages from the Charge Station with the GreenFlux backend. These messages are accessible for a maximum period of 30 days.
Diagnostics
The new Diagnostics screen reduces time and present critical information.
Filter by Message type
It is possible to select or de-select one of the 3 message types. E.g. you can see only Notifications or only MeterValues or a combination of two or all three.
You can also use the “Type” field in order to narrow down the research.
Additional Fields
There are additional fields that can be added.
Use the same menu to refresh the table and clear any filters.
Correlation ID
The Correlation ID is primarily of internal GreenFlux purposes to find messages in our central logging system.
Please include the correlation ID in case you want to make support aware of a specific message in time you are referring to. It is possible to search within the Diagnostics table or internal tooling.
Payload
Payload has now displayed in the side viewer.
User can click on "Show Payload" to open the screen.
The side viewer provides a better overview of the payload, providing the user a better interface to work on the information.
Side Viewer can be expanded to cover all screen and has following options:
- Search Bar: user can search any text inside of the payload
- Copy Link: user can copy the link to the payload on clipboard
- Copy JSON: user can copy the JSON content on the clipboard
- Correlation ID: user can visualize and copy the correlation ID on clipboard
- Open in Kibana: (super Admin only) can open the full payload message ion Kibana
User can also move to next of previus payload message by clicking the arrow button on the top of the side viewer.
