Connector status is incorrect in EvPortal

The connector status is different on the charger and in the EvPortal.

 

How to troubleshoot:

  • Check if the charger is online with the field “Last PDU” If not online, then the backend didn’t receive the connector status update
  • In the diagnostic tab, check if the charger sent the message “Status updated” If not, then the issue is the charger and can be investigated by the manufacturer If yes, please create a ticket via Greenflux support portal
