Payment Terminal - Payter Apollo Receipt

1. During the Charging Session:
• After your charging session starts, a "Receipt" button will appear on the Payter Apollo UI.
• Tap the button to display a QR code.
• Scan the QR code with your phone to download your charging receipt.
• If you scan the QR code during the charging, you will get a preliminary receipt.
• You will be able to download the final receipt through the link in the preliminary receipt file or through scanning the QR code again after charging session ends.

2. After the Charging Session Ends:
• At the end of the session, a QR code will be displayed on the screen.
• Scan the QR code to access and download your charging session receipt.

Receipt Details

• Receipts are provided in PDF format.

• Currently, receipts are available only in English.

• The PDF file contains a link that allows you to re-download the receipt anytime.

• The receipt URL will remain valid for 10 years.

• If you scan the QR code before the charging session starts, you will see a preliminary receipt. This is not the final version.

• The final receipt will display the total cost and a detailed breakdown of it along with the tariffs applied.

Important Notes

• You can scan the QR code and download the receipt using both iOS and Android devices.

• This receipt displays all the information you set on your CPO. The charging session information has the same information of that in the CDR of that session.

• Different phone browsers behave differently when downloading the file:
• Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox: You will be prompted to download the file automatically. Make sure to save the file to your device.
• Safari: You will be redirected to a page where you can view the PDF. To keep the receipt, you need to manually download and save the file.
