Here are the steps to troubleshoot an offline charger.
Β
Step 1 Check the last PDU
Last PDU shows the last time the charger sent a signal to the backend

If the last PDU is missing β The charger has never been connected β (1) Connecting Charge stations to Greenflux
If the last PDU is older than 30min β The Charger lost connection β Go to step 2
If the last PDU is NOT older that 30min β The charger might have lost connection but the portal waits 2 heartbeats (30min) to confirm the charger is offline β Go to step 2
Β
Step 2 Check the charger configuration
Make sure the charger configuration is setup properly:
(the charger needs to be online, therefore needs to be reset)
- ConnectionTimeout = 60
- HeartbeatInterval = 900
- WebsocketPingInterval = Between 1 and 180 (low number increase data consumption)
Β
Step 3 Check the charger diagnostic
If the last charger message does not show any error code β Reset the charger
Once the charger reboot:
- If there is an error code raised by the charger β follow the maintenance documentation of the manufacturer
- If there is no error code raised by the charger β Contact the network provider (GFX will contact Tele2)
