Please make sure:
- You requested your CSM to publish to ocpi parties
- The location is set as published
If the charger is still not shown on the 3rd party app, please create a ticket to Greenflux mentioning:
- The Charger ID
- The name of the 3rd party that don’t display the charger
- Optional: a screenshot of the EvPortal showing the location published
