If a CDR is flagged with the following message:

Please follow these steps to investigate:
- Check the Charger Station’s configuration page for the setting labeled "evb_SerialAsConnectorId".
- Verify the value of this setting. It should be set to “False”. If it’s not, the charger will mistakenly use the serial number as the connector, which causes the error.
- If the value is already set to "False", or if you cannot find this setting in the configuration, please contact support. Be sure to include both the Charger ID and the CDR ID in your support request.
