CDR flagged error: Negative consumption

If a CDR is flagged because the consumption is negative, it can be due to multiple reasons:

  • The charger was reset during a session, and the charger considered the Meter Stop as 0. In that case the manufacturer needs to be contacted because it is a charger misbehavior and maintenance procedures are required.
  • The power meter start is higher than the power meter stop. In that case it seems to indicate the power meter is at fault and the manufacturer can troubleshoot.
