This is not necessarily an issue. Before raising the alarm, two aspects need to be assessed:
- Whether the CPO and/or EMSP involved in the CDRs, is/are linked to the platform API subscription where you want to retrieve the data from. CDR data becomes only available from the date a CPO and/or EMSP is linked to the subscription.
- When has the CDR module been activated? The moment when (the platform API and) the CDR module have been created/activated, determines the moment from which CDRs will be available to be retrieved. Concrete example below:
Illustrative scenario
You, as a CPO operator, have requested a platform API subscription, so that you can retrieve CDR data associated with you CPO 'BestCPOintheWorld'.
GreenFlux creates you the subscription and shares with you the token key on 26/May/2023.
When you make the GET CDR call, you will only receive CDR data from the 26/May onwards, regardless of where you have generated CDRs before the 26/May in your platform for the mentioned CPO above.
