EvPortal's dashboard provides users with quick insights into their Charge Stations' performance across their network of locations.
The dashboard consists of these visual sections:
Charge Station Connection Status
The global map layout displays connection status for Charge Stations in 'Production' status, making it easy to identify locations with issues. The accompanying pie chart provides a quick overview of your Charge Stations' operational status, showing the percentage that are functioning or require attention. Stations can have one of three statuses: 'Online', 'Offline', or 'Unknown'.
Charge Stations that haven't yet communicated their heartbeat settings to the platform are marked as 'Unknown'.

Online EVSE Status
The global map allows you to monitor the status of individual EVSEs (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment). Each EVSE can show one of four statuses: 'Available', 'Faulted', 'Charging', or 'Undefined'. A pie chart provides a quick overview showing how many EVSEs are in each state—for instance, how many are actively charging.
Note that the chart excludes offline EVSEs and those whose Charge Stations are not in production.

Last OCPP message received
The 'Last OCPP message received' pie chart shows when your Charge Stations last communicated with GreenFlux. This only includes stations that are in production and have previously sent OCPP messages to the platform. If messages stop arriving from your Charge Stations, this may indicate a connectivity issue.

Charge Station Status
The charge status pie chart shows an overview of your Charge Stations' current status: 'Enabled', 'Disabled', 'Faulted', or 'Unknown'. These statuses are determined by the most recent OCPP Status notification received.
Charge Stations appear as 'Unknown' if they haven't communicated with the platform yet or are offline.

How to use the dashboard
The dashboard can be accessed through CPO → Overview.
Navigating the Dashboard
In the 'Charge Station Connection Status' section, you'll find several interactive elements. A grey full-screen icon in the bottom-left corner lets you expand each view for detailed analysis. To see the latest data, click the refresh icon in the top-left corner. For a quick explanation of any view, hover over the question mark icon next to the refresh button.

Charge Station groupings appear as pie charts on the global map, showing separate locations that are clustered by proximity. When you zoom in by scrolling or click a grouping, you can see individual locations with their corresponding number of Charge Stations. These pie charts then transform into map pins.
For example, clicking this Charge Station group splits it into its two separate locations.

Clicking a Charge Station pin displays the location name, Charge Station IDs, and status information as follows:

The location name and Charge Station ID (shown in blue) are clickable links that take you directly to their respective details pages in EvPortal.
Navigation and filtering
Selecting a section on a pie chart, for example the 'Online EVSE Status' pie chart, leads to a list of Charge Stations filtered by status. Clicking the number 4 inside the red 'faulted' slice displays a list of Charge Stations that are online and are either in 'faulted' state or have at least one connector marked as 'faulted'.

Note that while the pie chart displays all faulted Charge Stations—both online and offline—clicking it will show only the online, faulted stations. To view offline, faulted Charge Stations, navigate to either the Normal or Offline tab.
Each pie chart has a color-coded legend showing different statuses. The colored bars act as filters—clicking a bar, such as the "faulted" bar, will hide the corresponding Charge Stations from the pie chart. Click the same bar again to show those stations.
