Select the appropriate EMSP for your customer.

Once selected, the matching EMSP Contract will appear automatically.

Select a Default retail package.

Enter contact details for the service provider and specify whether sales tax applies.

When done, click Next.

  1. Groups section → Review the group structure to see how your customer fits within the hierarchy.

A Group is an additional organizational layer that lets you bundle different Locations (for CPOs) or Customers (for EMSPs) together and control data access permissions.

You can assign specific roles and permissions to each Group. For example, as an EMSP, you might create a Group for all your Customers in the same city.

To learn more about creating groups and choosing the right type, see Custom and Geographical Groups.

You can also add a Customer to Custom Groups.

There are two types of Groups:

Geo Groups, which organize by geographical location, and Custom Groups, which you can label flexibly to match your business needs.

You might create a Custom Group for each customer, for example.

To add your Customer to a Custom Group, click Add Custom Group.

In the search field, type the name of the Custom Group you want to assign the Customer to.

Select the desired group when it appears in the dropdown menu.

The Customer has now been added to that Custom Group.
