What's New
We're introducing new monitoring capabilities to help you gain deeper visibility into your EV charging network. Please note that these features are currently available in Beta and will continue to be enhanced over the coming weeks based on initial user feedback.
Charge Station Network Monitoring Overview
A new dashboard providing a high-level view of network health, including:
- Locations experiencing the highest number of issues and the greatest impact on EVSE availability
- The percentage of time all EVSEs remained online and available during the selected reporting period
- The number of chargers currently operational compared with the total number of chargers across the network
All Issues
A new page lists all locations currently impacted by issues, making it easier to identify and prioritize problem areas.
Location Issues View
A new tab on the Location page displaying all issues currently affecting that specific location.
EVSE Timeline View
A new tab on the Charge Station page featuring a per-EVSE timeline with swimlanes that visualize connectivity status alongside charging sessions and issues, helping you correlate availability with station activity.
Filtering and Saved Views
To make monitoring more efficient, the new pages include advanced filtering capabilities. You can filter data by relevant criteria and save your filter selections, allowing you to quickly return to frequently used views without reapplying filters each time.
