Published State
Determines whether or not this Location will be published to outside services like charging apps and maps. Publishing is also controlled at the CPO level per roaming connection, so a published Location will only be visible to roaming partners when the Location's CPO has also been published to that partner.
Restricted access
Restricted Access means that the Location is not obviously public or easily accessible; for example, a charger in an office parking lot behind a gate, or at a shopping center and is for guest usage only. Specifying Restricted Access allows price transparency (ensuring we still publish tariffs for the Location) while warning drivers that not everyone might be able to charge here.
